Discover What's Possible - Before  College Even Starts

Learn about careers from professionals who’ve walked the path before you.

Now the same program trusted by top college students is open to 50 high schoolers.

"I Wish I Had This Earlier"

Possible was originally created for professionals looking to pivot into the tech industry. We had incredible success stories and participants loved the experience — but nearly everyone said the same thing: "I wish I had this earlier."

That inspired us to partner with colleges across the country. Today, we partner with ~20 colleges and have worked with undergraduate, master's, and MBA students. To our surprise, college students have echoed that same feeling.

Now, we’ve redesigned our proven 5-week program specifically for ambitious high school students who want to explore tech careers (whether they are STEM or Business-focused) and make informed decisions about their future.

FAQ Section

Frequently Asked Questions

Are sessions all virtual and live?

Yes! All sessions are held virtually — primarily on Zoom. Our social hours are hosted on a platform called Gatheround. Most sessions are conducted live because we believe that's the best experience for students. However, we record events and panels in case students can't attend due to a scheduling conflict.

What is the time commitment outside of live sessions?

The only commitment outside of live sessions is your project, which typically takes 2–4 hours total over the course of the program. Each week, you'll also spend a couple of minutes signing up for the fireside chat speakers you want to attend based on your interests.

There is no additional homework or required coursework beyond that.

Who are the industry professionals that will be speaking and hosting fireside chats?

We work with 250+ professionals across fields like Marketing, Software Engineering, Product Management, and more. You can view the full list of professionals who have supported Possible here.

Each cohort typically connects with around 50 different professionals, and we work hard to match student interests to relevant speakers.

What does the schedule look like?

You can view the full program schedule here.

What makes Possible different from other career exploration programs?

Possible offers a structured, high-impact career exploration experience that is entirely led by industry professionals. Unlike many other summer programs, Possible focuses on real-world insights through live interaction with professionals, hands-on projects across multiple fields, and a curriculum built by experts who have successfully built careers in the tech industry.

Can I apply even if I don't have experience in tech?

Yes, absolutely! You don't need any tech experience to join. All you need is curiosity, a strong work ethic, and an interest in exploring careers in the tech world.

Possible is designed to help high school students like you:

  • Discover what kinds of jobs exist in one of the fastest-growing industries
  • Learn what different roles are actually like
  • Understand the basic skills that matter for college and beyond
  • Build confidence in how to talk about your interests and strengths

No matter where you're starting from, you'll leave with a much clearer sense of where you want to go—and how to get there.

How will this program help with college applications?

Participating in Possible shows initiative, commitment to personal growth, and a proactive approach to career planning — all qualities college admissions officers value. It also doesn't hurt that this summer program is highly selective and built off a college-level program normally offered to students at schools like Northwestern, Ohio State, Oberlin, Kenyon, Santa Clara, and Seattle U.

We encourage you to highlight your Possible experience on your resume, LinkedIn, and as a core extracurricular in your applications.

What is the cost? Are scholarships available?

The program is a $1,995 for the full five weeks of live sessions. You will also retain all the materials and recordings from the program in perpetuity. We do offer a limited number of scholarships to make the program accessible to talented and motivated students regardless of financial circumstances. If cost would be a barrier, please let us know during the application process. Please note that competition for these scholarships is expected to be high.

What if I'm not sure about pursuing a tech career?

That's exactly why Possible exists! Our program is designed for students who are curious about tech careers but haven't made a final decision. Through exposure to different roles and functions within the tech industry, you'll gain clarity about which paths align with your interests, skills, and goals — or you may discover that tech isn't the right fit for you, which is just as valuable to learn early on.
